I was thrilled with this hotel! The rooms, recommended by the local venue, were fantastic, with a unique closed balcony overlooking the indoor pool. The setup with 2 doubles and 2 nightstands featuring outlets and USB charge ports made our stay extra convenient. The only drawback was a slight lack of daily room service, but overall, a great value for money.

The hotel was like stepping into an industrial shell, but it was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. It was about a 20-minute walk to downtown, although it could use a touch-up in some areas like the coffee table and door frames. The room size was great.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were above my expectations with nice views into the atrium and the swimming pool. They were booked a month in advance and recommended by the local venue. The service was pleasant and professional although I saw staff taking and piling garbage in front of the hotel. The location was fantastic, making it easy to catch the GoTrain into Toronto, but I noticed some dirty areas. The dining experience was great, especially with the services provided by Mr Isaac at the front desk. The facilities were top-notch, offering great value for the money spent.
